FreeCAD addon manager shows only one workbench because package has not been updated to 0.18.5

The FreeCAD in the Ubuntu 20.04 repos (0.18.4) seems to suffer from a bug where it only shows one available workbench in the addon manager. This is described on the FreeCAD forum here:

There is a patch release 0.18.5 that fixes this issue (by updating the code to reflect a Github API change), but this has not yet been packaged.

The package maintainer should update the package to this patch release, or backport the fix.
