mariadb fails to start at boot, needs manual start

Bug Description

The auto start at boot of MariaDB was disabled by the updates a couple of days ago. It had been enabled and started at boot. However systemctl is-enabled maridb.service; echo $? indicates that the service is no longer enabled at boot.

Not sure if this needs fixing but thought I should report it anyway.
