kde4 blank desktop when trying to change

Bug Description

After trying to change my desktop image my desktop becomes plain white. With some investigation with help from the kde4-kubuntu irc channel we discovered that

.kde4/share/config/plasma-appletsrc

Was not updating to include the change. It is however changing when resizing the panel.

The way we got it going was to manualy edit the file and run

killall plasma && plasma

in console to restart plasma.

the line that needs to be manually edited in the aforementioned file is under the "containment[1]" section (the desktop) and reads:

wallpaper=/usr/lib/kde4/share/wallpapers/Code_Poets_Dream/contents/images/1280x800.jpg

the image path can of course be changed to your favorite wallpaper.
If this line does not exist in your current config, it needs to be added

Fix committed with r783864 in the 4.0-branch what means, it will be part of KDE 4.0.3. Thank you very much Jan :)

So, what about Hardy Heron?
