IPV6 with lightos driver wont work

Bug Description
The host url parsing in the lightos driver does not support IPv6.
due to wrong parsing and missing brackets in the end url, usage of ipv6 wont work.

lightos: parse urls with urlparse for ipv6 support
Don't assume ipv4:port tuple, ipv6 can be a little more
complicated than that, so use urlparse.
update url_api variable.
