Chilean DST date change needs urgent upgrade for March 08

Binary package hint: tzdata

Chile delayed the change of DST time from March 08 to March 29. A patch has been posted by German Poo, and it's available at debian-volatile.

Please upgrade this package soon, otherwise many computers will have wrong time after this saturday.
