[NetApp] Add defaultadsite to security service

Security service needs new field 'defaultadsite'. This will provide the customer the option to configure the default AD-Site for the SMB Server and switching then to the discovery-mode to "site"

If the customer chooses one of the options from "none" or "site" based on either server or defaultadsite provided in security-service. The security service should provide only either of option during creation.

    Add 'default_ad_site' field to security service object

    Allows to configure optional field 'default_ad_site' from version 2.76.
    Restrict to make sure either server or 'default_at_site' provided, but
    not both.

    From version 2.76, 'default_ad_site' which if provided set domain
    controller discovery mode to 'site'.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/python-manilaclient 4.5.0 release.
