Bug Description

the redis driver isn't using collapse to process the options handled by urllib's query parsing, resulting in the redis client being initialized with incorrect values (e.g. unable to create an SSL enabled connection)

It seems like CoordinationDriversWithExecutor is expected to collapse these options. Investigating further.
