Install and configure in keystone

- [X] This doc is inaccurate in this way: The doc should specify commenting out the `Listen` parameter in httpd.conf or else the service will fail to start.

Also this: ServerName controller
should be change to specify <controller> as a place holder for the hostname used in the bootstrap command when specifying

  --bootstrap-admin-url http://controller:35357/v3/ \
  --bootstrap-internal-url http://controller:5000/v3/ \
  --bootstrap-public-url http://controller:5000/v3/ \
