Bug Description
I'm using Kubuntu 7.10. In some KDE applications (for example, KTorrent), Help-> <appname> handbook opens a KDE Help Centre window with "There is no documentation available for /ktorrent/

This happens on Kubuntu 8.04 with KDE 3.5.9 too. For example, with KTorrent, KBFX configurator, and KDEnlive.
