Bug Description
Hi,
If no unit of time is given, can the default be in seconds? e.g. Currently:
| juju status --watch 2
| ERROR invalid value "2" for option --watch: time: missing unit in duration "2"
Can that be 2s / 2 seconds? One less thing to type.
This lines up with other tools such as `watch`, `iostat`, `nicstat`, `mtr`, etc.

We redeveloped --watch for `juju status` for 3.0. So, on develop branch, this issue is solved.
