[i18n]Non-English characters can not be shown in dialog title.

Test i18n in moblin-media v0.38,non-English characters can not be shown in dialog title.

Reproduce steps:
1.Copy the moblin-media.mo file from http://pdk_repo.sh.intel.com/pdk/media_content_test/Content/ to /usr/share/locale/zh_CN/LC_MESSAGES/.
2. Modify /usr/bin/moblin-media, add a line : export LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8
3.Launch moblin-media in photo mode
4.Open any dialog or message box,for example "Settings" dialog

Current result:
All the charactors in the dialog including button,items etc has been translated into Chinese except for the dialog title.There are only two rectangles in the title.

Expect result:
Non-English characters can be translated and shown in the dialog title.

This bug is not caused by or fixable by anything that moblin-media or the helix-dbus-server can do. This is a bug in the compile options for libmatchbox1, now documented as a bug on UME at:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libmatchbox/+bug/202329/

I am not marking this as a duplicate, because different distributions may or may not have this bug, but... i am marking this as "Won't Fix"
