[i18n]"Rotate clockwise/counter-clockwise"can not be translated.

Test i18n on moblin-media v0.38,"Rotate clockwise/counter-clockwise" int the photo edit dialog can not be tranlated.Check "Rotate clockwise"and "Rotate counter-clockwise" in the test.po file,the two strings do not exist.

I uploaded two translated files: test_tranlation_v2.po and moblin-media.mo in the http://pdk_repo.sh.intel.com/pdk/media_content_test/Content/.We can use this moblin-media.mo file to check how charactors are displayed in non-English,for example Chinese.

Reproduce steps:
Open test.po file and search string "Rotate clockwise" "Rotate counter-clockwise".

Currrent result:
The two strings are not defined in test.po file.

Test in moblin-media v0.41,this issue has been fixed.So change to "Fix released".
