Translation update with minor corrections. For 0.46 branch only, I'll take care of trunk.

Can you please check and confirm that the 2 translated tutorials build correctly and are linked from the Help menu? Thank you.

Ok, committed. Your tutorial weren't being installed, along with many others, so I fixed it now.
They should be ok as per SVN r17658. In any case, try a `make install` and you'll check.
Let me know if anything wrong.

I updated the installer translation, too.

I still may have to make some minor fixes and improvements in the interface translation, so I'll just reuse this bug. I hope there will be some notification day or two before release in the mailing list or in news on the website. Thank you.

Just a note: I can't test it, because autogen.sh complains about old versions of some tools in my Ubuntu. I have a poor knowledge of GNU autotools, too, so I can't build from SVN.

AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE([dist-zip dist-bzip2 tar-pax])
to
AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE([dist-zip dist-bzip2])
in configure.ac, it helped in my case.

Thank you, but it didn't help. The problems seem to be:

checking for automake >= 1.10 ... Too old (found version 1.7.9)!
checking for glib-gettextize >= 2.0.0 ...
  You must have glib-gettextize installed to compile Inkscape.
  glib-gettextize is part of glib-2.0, so you should already
  have it. Make sure it is in your PATH.

Where would be an appropriate place to discuss this?

Did you run
sudo apt-get build-dep inkscape
before compiling?
glib-gettextize is in "libglib2.0-dev", and the required automake version in "automake"

Translation update with minor corrections for the 0.46 branch. Please add the shapes tutorial and about.sk.svg (Felipe Sanches offered to make it in Inkscape-translator, I sent him the string).

I'm still waiting for cmarqu to build tutorial-shapes and for Felipe for the localized about screen. I've committed your update but stripped down the reference to these two. I will re-add them as soon as I got them in place (I really hope ASAP). I'm leaving this bug open to remember to check for them.
