Bug Description

Ubuntu Version: 22.04
Package: gnome-shell-extension-manager
Version: 0.3.0-0ubuntu2.1

After installing gnome-shell-extension-manager via the package manager (apt), things are working fine: I can launch the app and install/uninstall gnome extensions at will, without any problem. After a while (several days later, several reboots), the app doesn't launch. An uninstallation/reinstall solves the problem, until it starts again not to launch. As the usage of this package is very anecdotal, I am sadly not in the capacity to list the major changes that went onto my machine between days of the installation when it works and later when it doesn't.

When launching from terminal, I get the following output:

>> extension-manager

(extension-manager:27567): GLib-CRITICAL **: 14:38:07.734: the GVariant format string 'd' has a type of 'd' but the given value has a type of 's'

(extension-manager:27567): GLib-CRITICAL **: 14:38:07.734: g_variant_get: assertion 'valid_format_string (format_string, TRUE, value)' failed

(extension-manager:27567): Gtk-WARNING **: 14:38:07.761: Failed to set text 'Sound Input & Output Device Chooser' from markup due to error parsing markup: Error on line 1: Entity did not end with a semicolon; most likely you used an ampersand character without intending to start an entity — escape ampersand as &
Gdk-Message: 14:38:08.079: Error reading events from display: Protocol error

Thanks :)

I should add that this app crashes when using Wayland but works fine using Xorg.

I should also point out that I am using NVIDIA drivers 515.65.01

I'm also unable to launch this app, but for me it started on first installation of it (so, I have never been able to launch it successfully). My error from running it in the terminal is also slightly different:

```
$ extension-manager
(extension-manager:8781): GLib-CRITICAL **: 13:35:31.156: the GVariant format string 'd' has a type of 'd' but the given value has a type of 's'
(extension-manager:8781): GLib-CRITICAL **: 13:35:31.156: g_variant_get: assertion 'valid_format_string (format_string, TRUE, value)' failed
(extension-manager:8781): GLib-CRITICAL **: 13:35:31.156: the GVariant format string 'd' has a type of 'd' but the given value has a type of 's'
(extension-manager:8781): GLib-CRITICAL **: 13:35:31.156: g_variant_get: assertion 'valid_format_string (format_string, TRUE, value)' failed
Gdk-Message: 13:35:31.484: Error flushing display: Protocol error
```

I'm also using Wayland and Nvidia driver version 515.65.01.
