Bug Description

kopete-plugin-otr-kde4 is the KDE 4 port of Kopete's OTR (off the record - encryption) plugin (KDE 3 version is in universe, named 'kopete-otr'). To increase the KDE 4 user experience in Hardy, this package should be added to Hardy's Universe, otherwise people who want to use OTR still would have to use KDE 3's Kopete.
