Screen does not get turned of after 1 minute of inactivity even though it is configured to do so in Settings->Power->Power Saving->Blank Screen

Ah, i missed these notifications! Anyway:

$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.lockdown disable-lock-screen
false

I'm not sure if it's related, but I also add that locking the screen via hotkey does not work, but it does work when clicking through the menu in the upper right corner of the screen.
