Bug Description

Most documentaries use at one moment or another subtitles (when voices are not doubled).
These subtitles don't show up in the merged video file.
I suppose they are not downloaded.

Hello,

Can you post please the output from
qarte -d
so the version and so on can be checked

can you state a specific TV programm and specific time where this
closed caption have disapeared (web watching against download there would be a difference If I understand correctly)
so it can reproduced

if you look in .qarte/temp (do not quit qarte after download)
you can see two text files (subtitles in diffent format - you can explore see if it is there
one file is the conversion of the other I think)

I mean open txt files and see if the closed caption is there in any of the two file
or just the subtitles are there

I guess closed caption and subtitles are not always coded the same way.
Not sure,

(sorry for the delay, I was on holidays :) )

I switched to Qarte 5.1.0.
Now the files downloaded and merged include a subtitle track.
So I suppose the bug has been solved somehow.
