Battery icon on AC after boot with AC plugged

Bug Description

Binary package hint: acpi-support

On my Dell XPS m1330,
When I boot with the AC pluggin, After loggin the battery icon appears.
When I left the mouse on the icon I can read:
The computer is plugged on the sector
Battery: uncharging
The state of battery is unknown

(i have translated this to french this is approximately)

And if I unplug and replug the good state come, icon on AC, state charging etc...

This seems to have been fixed in Ubuntu hardy already.
What version are you using?

This re-works for me after tonight update...
But I have another acpi problem I thinks, I have set in gconf-editor to get powersave on battery and ondemand on ac plugged, but this doesn't work now
