fwupdmgr not updated Management Engine

Bug Description

The fwupdmgr is not updated the Management Engine.

The system prompt that there was an update for Management Engine. I then told it to install
the update. It rebooted the system and it went into wait will system. I it then put a message
in the upper left to press a key to continue. I hit a key and to reboot the system.

It is still saying there is an update for Management Engine.

Running fwupdmgr update show the following:

If I type yes to repeat updated the Managment Engine. Once I get back to ubuntu and
run fwupdmgr update to show the same message again

This is not a fwupd bug, but an OEM firmware bug that manifests visibly in fwupd.
