Mate-tweak does not start on kinetic

Bug Description

Kinetic with Mate desktop

From menu it fails to start
From terminal, get these errors:

The recent updated packages received recently (from proposed) have solved that issue.
Tweak loads and works as expected from menu and terminal, without error shown.
