Bug Description

On Kinetic the latest pipewire 0.3.54-2 upgrade wants to remove:

ubuntu-mate-core 1.284
ubuntu-mate-desktop 1.284

Please remove the conflict

It looks like y'all will need to depend on pipewire-alsa instead of the obsolete pipewire-audio-client-libraries.

Debian is reintroducing the previous named package as a transitional package but it needs to make it through the Debian new queue first. So updating the metapackages is less urgent but still nice to do.

Today i got a few more pipewire packages for upgrading (pipewire-alsa & pipewire-jack); this has revolved the conflicts with mate
