Bug Description

On mac OS X, the file/open dialog defaults to the directory applications/inkscape.app, which should never be seen by the user, and doesn't remember the chosen location between session. Please make it show the user's home by default. This is probably linked to #184679.

This has been changed in SVN revision 22060 - on the first run, Inkscape file open/save opens in $HOME, after that it always opens with the last used open/save location.

Please test the soon to be available 0.47pre2 prerelease build from <http://sourceforge.net/projects/inkscape/files/> if you still see the application package directory as default path on open/save.
