Sync calligra 3.2.1+dfsg-6 from Debian unstable

The delta between 3.2.1+dfsg-5 and 1:3.2.1+dfsg-5ubuntu2 was introduced by LP: #1980373 to address compatibility with a new Poppler version and it consisted in

* adding libpoppler-qt5-dev as a build dependency; and

* Fixing API calls to Poppler by means of upstream_Fix-compile-with-poppler-22-06.patch.

In 3.2.1+dfsg-6,

* the build-depend has been added to the control file; and

* the patch upstream_Fix-compile-with-poppler-22-06.patch was split into the two patches upstream_PdfImport-Fix-compile-with-newer-poppler{,_2}.patch.

Therefore the Ubuntu changes can be overridden.

I confirmed with sbuild that 3.2.1+dfsg-6 builds successfully in Kinetic.

    - bump the required version of Poppler to 0.83.0 accordingly
    - add the libpoppler-qt5-dev build dependency
  * Update lintian overrides.
