during the black-out, the system still reacts to like key-board, even screencast works fine. the attachment took by my phone.

According to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1958191, tried
1. update kernel to 5.18 (5.18.8-051808-generic #202206290850 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Wed Jun 29 08:59:08 UTC 2022 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux) , not working.
2. set up intel_iommu=off in grub, not working.

Upgraded to 19.0, as expected, problem remains the same.
