From your error log I see:
2022-07-04T04:51:15.536951Z 1 [ERROR] [MY-012963] [InnoDB] Log file ./ib_logfile1 is of different size 0 bytes than other log files 18874368 bytes!

This is due to an issue with zfs that will be fixed in the upcoming kernel update. I will mark this bug as a duplicate of that issue for further reference.
