Bug Description

Hi,

OpenSSH server included in Gutsy is version 4.7, so this related bug (closed because feature have been pushed upstream, but for v4.8!) does not exactly apply:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openssh/+bug/24777

For an LTS version, it should be nice to patch the Hardy released version of OpenSSH server to include the patch as it's very interesting for the users targeted by LTS versions (servers, enterprises...). It should also eliminate security vulnerabilities introduced by administrators handling the chroot in the bad old way (users to be created with restricted shells, chrooted binaries not updated automatically...)

As the patch have now been accepted upstream, nothing should block.

Regards
