Bug Description
On a hybrid system like an laptop with:
1. Internal Intel GPU and display
2. External Display connected via HDMI/Display port
It is currently possible to select the primary output devices such as audio output via HDMI or the video display. If the device goes back to sleep, Login screen or before login itself the output is sent to the "default devices", which are the internal display and audio of the laptop, which may be undesirable.
It should be possible via UI settings to set the primary output for Audio and Video globally such that even before the user logs in, the outputs are sent to the correct/desired devices.
