If you have a NextCloud account set in GNOME Settings with GOA, and the "Files" feature is turned on, it will get mounted on every resume from standby/suspend.
I helped to report this bug upstream, but it seems to be Ubuntu specific, as it does not happen in fedora.

- Download https:/
- Install on USB stick
- Boot from USB and try the live system
- Configure GOA Nextcloud account (e.g. cloud.gnome.org)
- Suspend & Resume
- The volume is mounted

Thanks, it seems like from the recent gitlab posts that it is not Ubuntu specific so let's see if upstream has some more clues
