Bug Description

In the initial configuration form when the first admin logs in, the "proxy" field validation doesn't allow urls with hostnames (e.g. http://myproxy:3128). Only IP addresses are accepted.

It seems that the problem is due to the url validator not allowing URLs without a TLD, e.g. http://myproxy.internal:3128 will work.
