Bug Description
In a 22.04 kubuntu installation the default browser is the snap version of firefox, however it is not recognized as a browser by apt, because the transitional package "firefox" has been removed.
If you install some package that requires a default browser, then the package "wslu" will be picked and WSLView will be used by systemsettings and by kde-open5 as the default browser, which will not work.
For example, using a 22.04 CD image installation of kubuntu in a VM:
root@kubuntu:~# apt -u install gimp gimp-help-en
Reading package lists... Done

The following additional packages will be installed:
gimp-data gimp-help-common graphviz libamd2 libann0 libbabl-0.1-0 libcamd2 libccolamd2 libcdt5 libcgraph6
libcholmod3 libde265-0 libgail-common libgail18 libgegl-0.4-0 libgegl-common libgexiv2-2 libgimp2.0
libgtk2.0-0 libgtk2.0-bin libgtk2.0-common libgts-0.7-5 libgts-bin libgvc6 libgvpr2 libheif1 liblab-gamut1
libmetis5 libmypaint-1.5-1 libmypaint-common libpathplan4 libumfpack5 libwmf-0.2-7 libwmf0.2-7
libwmflite-0.2-7 wslu
After this, WSLView will immediately become the default browser.
