Thank you for submitting this report. I see you are using zfs and from your error.log file I see:

[ERROR] [MY-012963] [InnoDB] Log file ./ib_logfile1 is of different size 0 bytes than other log files 18874368 bytes!

This matches an existing bug with zfs in Ubuntu 22.04 where fallocate fails to create a properly sized file, with a fix that will be released soon. I'll mark this as a duplicate of the existing bug.
