Bug Description

The /l/ prefix is now unused and can be removed from the nginx configuration.

The UI is now entirely served under the /r/ prefix.

Original report:

With the removal of AngularJS the web client will be served from / rather than /r/ and /l/.

Could we please remove the redirects to /r/ and /l/ and serve the assets at / instead?
