Bug Description

The .debug files created by dh_strip have, in their PT_INTERP program headers, p_filesz = 0, and zeroed .interp sections.

This causes lintian to issue elf-error warnings for those .debug files: see bug #1965115 and https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ffmpeg/+bug/1970674/comments/21.
