In Firefox and Chrome, each time the Open File(s) or Save File... dialog opens, it grows in size. Eventually, it fills the whole screen. See attached screen recording taken from Firefox 101.0 (Mozilla Firefox Snap for Ubuntu canonical-002 - 1.0).
