Bug Description

The current delta was a set of changes introduced (and mostly removed) to allow for migration during the jj cycle. This can now be dropped and we can allow the package to sync.

A local autopkgtest run against kk -proposed succeeds with:

autopkgtest [11:37:08]: @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ summary
command1 PASS
