Bug Description

Intermittent screen flickering (random moving image sideways).
Issues started after upgrade to 22.04 (kernel 5.15, last 5.13 kernel from 21.10 was fine).

A similar bug to:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1958191

but adding below line to grub options:

"i915.enable_dc=0 intel_idle.max_cstate=2"

and executing "sudo update-grub" doesn't help.

I use and seems like adding "intel_iommu=off" to grub options has solved the flickering problem.
It's described here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1958191

The very recent 5.15.0-40-lowlatency kernel has fixed the issue. The bugs can be closed now.
