Bluetooth permanently off after waking up laptop from sleep

Bug Description

Bluetooth works perfectly after booting, but once it enters sleep mode and then is woken up, it will stop detecting it even has Bluetooth capability installed, and BT can't be turned on anymore until the computer is rebooted.

Laptop this new should use "s2idle" instead of "deep". Does it opt to deep by default?
