Bug Description
- using ubuntu Focal and python3.8
- checking test requirements via bindep
bindep -b -f bindep.txt test
- get bindep result
Missing packages: python-dev
- trying to install python-dev
- get apt result
Package python-dev is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source.
Expected result:
bindep: commands succeeded
congratulations :)
python-dev is not needed for python3 - so it's obsoleted.
