Lenovo Thinkpad crashes. The mouse works but I can do anything else but hard restart

When working with few programs, nothing for this computer, the computer crashes. I can move the mouse but not change between applications, or save or anything else but a hard restart. No messages, no fan sound, ... Lenovo Thinkpad Gen4
