Don't save "orphaned" perspectives in defs

Bug Description

Perspectives for 3D boxes are stored in document defs. Those perspectives which don't actually have a 3D box associated to them should be removed (preferably as soon as the last 3D box ceases to exist but at least when the document is saved).
