This is a GSM modem connected to a Pi zero 2 via a USB hub? Does the hub have its own power supply or is it powered from the USB port of the Pi? Please test with a powered hub, maybe the hub and modem are drawing too much current. Also, you can try to remove the following line in /boot/firmware/config.txt to see if that makes a difference:

dtoverlay=dwc2

This will switch from the dwc2 to the dwc_otg USB host driver.

Unfortunately this one is powered via a hub instead of the (2 official pins (d- d+) under the OTG input and a 5v & ground pin) because the hardware specification of the raspberry pi seems badly taken into account (the rpi is connected to a 2A charger and given that this module was made for the pi zero 2w this one should normally be compatible with the power supply of this one (the serial communication is also very complicated with dropouts so I stopped working on the pi zero 2w and continued on the rpi 4b where everything is stable
The crash frequency (now corrected/adapted) of the bluetooth also amplified this problem of disconnection of the USB now that it was corrected the other peripherals seem better connected to the USB on the other hand for the GSM it is a worry
