Bug details:
When trying to upgrade the packages, apt fails while trying to upgrade vlc-plugin-
DPKG returns the following detailed information:
dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/
trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/
Workaround is to temporarily uninstall vlc-plugin-
This was due the switch of libaccess_ output_ srt_plugin. so from vlc-plugin-base to vlc-plugin- access- extra (a change merged from Debian VLC 3.0.17.3-1 package) being only half completed by mistake. This meant the plugin was actually appearing in both packages, rather than just vlc-plugin- access- extra. Should be fixed with the latest Jammy VLC 3.0.17. 4-2~22. 04.sav2 package uploaded to ppa:savoury1/vlc3 a few days ago.
