Can't Add VPN

Ubuntu 22.04

I am trying to add Cisco VPN from `Network > VPN` entry in Ubuntu Settings, after input all necessary information, the `Add` button is still keep grey, and can't click.

There is no such problem on Ubuntu 20.04.

Is there any timeline of when this will be fixed?
It's really annoying for users like me who are forced to work with vpnc connections.

(And yes I know I can work around this issue with directly starting the connection via CLI and vpnc)

Also if you add the connection via another workaround - it will not be displayed. So the networkmanager is not usable for vpnc connections at all.
