Unresponsive UI if choosing "go back"

Bug Description
What I did:
* Select "Go back" after selecting the install target
* Try to open "Advanced Features" dialogue
* Notice that the interface is now unresponsive. The "Advanced Features" dialog is un-dismissable, neither "OK" nor "Cancel" work. Gnome Shell has also stopped responding to click events, "Restart" does not work
