Bug Description
Steps to reproduce the issue.
After first log in into Ubuntu Desktop 22.04
1. Launch Firefox and open a website (e.g. www.ubuntu.com)
2. Hit Ctrl+S to open the Save file dialog.
3. Type "Ubuntu" to replace the default file name ("Enterprise Open Source and Linux | Ubuntu.html"). Hit Enter. It works the first time round.
4. Hit Ctrl+S to open the Save file dialog again.
5. Type "Ubuntu - 2" to replace the default file name ("Enterprise Open Source and Linux | Ubuntu.html"). This time, your typing fails: the file dialog is not in focus.
Expected behavior anytime when opening a File dialog: the file dialog should have keyboard focus.
Observed behavior: the file dialog does not have focus, except the very first time in the session.
Same observations also for File Open dialogs.
