The bug report indicates a system architecture as AMD64. However, the laptop label indicates the installed CPU is an Intel Celeron N2840

summary: - After replacing the original HDD in my Acer Aspire ES1-311-C4Q6 with an
- ADATA 240GB SSD I installed Ubuntu 20.04.1 from a Linux Format magazine
- DVD. The installation appeared to complete correctly. However, on
- rebooting the laptop there was no response to the Touchpad. Using "less
- /proc/bus/devices" results in a list that shows no touchpad or mouse
- detected.
