Bug Description

In https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1970632 we worked through a Calico connectivity issue where kubernetes-control-plane units could not reach pods. This occurs when the CIDR config is too small (e.g. /24 subnet) for the number of Kubernetes nodes. We should document this limitation for now.
