I am using xubuntu-desktop-minimal

installed packages:

bluez, blueman, pulseaudio, pulseaudio-bluetooth-module

fixed it with:

$ systemctl --user enable pulseaudio
$ systemctl --user start pulseaudio

should this not be done during installation and configuration of the packages ?
