[jammy] 5.17.0-1004-oem breaks resume from sleep

Bug Description

I cannot resume from sleep, I have to hard reboot.
Does not happen with 5.17.0-1003-oem.

Thinkpad P14s, AMD 5850u, wifi rtl 8852a, ssd nvme hynix
Cannot give more details atm.

happens only through S0ix, that's fine with S3.

This should be fixed in 5.17.0-1005.5 and newer. It's actually a duplicate of bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1971597
