Hibernate wake up does not work

Bug Description

Closing the notebook results in the system going to sleep/hibernate.
Since upgrading to 22.04, the system is unable to wake up. No buttons pressed register, even the power button does not work as a wake-up call.
Only way out seems to be a hard reset.
I am not alone with this problem, as it seems:
